Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester’s Young Professionals Group is a dynamic group of socially conscious young professionals. The group focuses on raising awareness of BGCD’s mission and connecting with a broader network of supporters to further the organization’s objectives. Through their dedication, the Young Professionals aim to enhance the reach and impact of BGCD, ensuring that more individuals are engaged in advancing the Club’s goals.

Commitments

Every board member must individually raise $1,000 for BGCD during the 2026 Fiscal Year (October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026)
Quarterly meetings will be held for our board, you must attend 75% of these meeting
Be an active member of your Young Professionals Board Committee
Attend 2 VIBE Tribe Outings within the year
Recruit friends and family to attend Young Professionals fundraisers and events
Introduce the Club to other Young Professionals within your network
Attend the BGCD Annual Meeting in June
