Incoming members who wish to enroll in the drop-in membership program are required to attend an orientation/registration session with a parent prior to enrollment.

After School Membership: Monday – Friday from 2:30 – 6:00 PM
Enrichment Programs: Monday – Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Please note members are required to show their membership card daily when arriving at the Club.
All members will be required to renew their application on a yearly basis.

Below you will find the steps that you will need to follow to apply for a new membership and/or renew a BGCD membership (membership is for children ages 7yrs+).
Upon completion of the BGCD Membership Form, you will receive follow up emails with information regarding registration for the After School Program, as well as announcements regarding Enrichment Programming and Special Events when they become available.

Program areas are open during after school hours, so members can experience games room, computer lab, education, the gym, and pool.
Dinner is also available to all members for no additional charge every night.
$5 membership fee.

Monday – Thursday / 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Each program area offers special enrichment activities that members register for by the session (fall, winter, spring). Most are free, with the exception of certain activities that may require a small fee for materials.
Please note: Enrichment Programs are a separate registration from After School Membership. You must register with each Program Director for classes. Please see each program area to see what classes are currently being offered.

This highly structured and more supervised program offers a variety of developmentally appropriate activities within a designated safe and nurturing environment. EEC certified staff work to create a consistent schedule of enrichment activities.
– $22 per day through the school year
– $42 per day during school vacations

Please note, this is an interest form only. Completing this form does not guarantee enrollment at this time. We are collecting this information in order to determine the number of members interested and the staffing required.
You will be notified by August 30, 2023 via an email if you have been accepted into the Afterschool program for the 2023 – 2024 school year. Priority will be given to returning members from our partnering schools.
Please note-Although capacity in the afterschool program is limited, we encourage families to apply. We anticipate increasing enrollment numbers over the next few months as we add staff and volunteers to our team.
