On May 18th, Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester and the Martin Richard Foundation reached a milestone in The FieldHouse+ project. We officially held our Topping Off Ceremony hosted by Lee Kennedy Company, commemorating the placement of the structure’s final steel beam! This tradition signifies more than just structural progress, it represents the incredible collective effort to create a space where our community’s youth can learn, play, and thrive.
We heard from Mayor Wu, Congressman Lynch, Senator Collins, Councilor Fitzgerald and Representative Hunt who spoke so highly of the project, the Martin Richard Foundation, and of our Clubhouses, members and staff. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped celebrate this important milestone! Your vision and support are making The FieldHouse+ a reality.
