BGCD is thrilled to welcome back the TRU (Teens Rising Up) program as part of our Summer Workforce Development initiative! This unique opportunity is designed specifically for our youngest participants ages 12-15, giving them a powerful head start on their personal and professional journeys.
In collaboration with the City of Boston’s Office of Youth Employment & Opportunity, this motivated cohort is diving into hands-on experiences, building essential skills, and exploring what it means to thrive in the workforce. Beyond the classroom, TRU teens are making their mark across BGCD by supporting our Club-wide Summer Special Events. We’re proud to help shape the next generation of leaders, and can’t wait to see what they do next!
