The Hometown Heroes Network is our community of families, friends, and neighbors who make recurring donations that ensure Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester continues to serve every kid in our community, all year round. Members of the network see and value the important role the Clubs play in creating opportunities for Dorchester’s young people, and are getting invested and engaged to make sure every child has access to our programs and Clubhouses. The network comes together as a community to celebrate milestones, forge connections, and create positive outcomes for youth and families.
Everyone is welcome to join! Whether you grew up at the Clubs, drop your kids off here, live down the street, or just believe in what we do — there’s a seat for you. Every gift, at every level, matters.
In spring 2027, The FieldHouse+ opens on Columbia Point — a brand new facility that doubles our square footage and capacity, with athletics, a wellness center, a teaching kitchen, a music clubhouse, a performing arts space, and dozens of other spaces intentionally designed for the community we serve. The Hometown Heroes Network ensures the people and programs in these spaces are capable of reaching their full potential.
Kids show up every day, so we do too — and steady, predictable support lets us plan for them with confidence. A recurring pledge, even a small one, is a gift we can count on. It also keeps your giving easy: set it once, and you’re supporting Dorchester’s Club Kids all year without thinking about it.
Everyday impact — the programs, staff, meals, mentoring, and safe space that Dorchester’s kids rely on. Your support helps keep our 3 Clubhouses and The FieldHouse+ running for every young person who needs us, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
Donors get to choose the gift size that works for them: for some households this may be a $100 monthly commitment, for others $5. Every dollar goes further toward supporting our Club Kids.
