BGCD is Ready for Summer 2026!

Summer Programs

Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester can’t wait to start our summer programs! The Summer Fun Program runs from July 6 – August 11, from 9:00AM – 4:30PM weekdays. (The program is currently full and is not accepting any more registrants, but there is a waitlist.) Our teens take part in our TRU (Teens Rising Up) Program for work-force readiness, as well as our award-winning Safe Summer Streets Program, which offers teens a safe place to go with a ride home until 10PM. We also are proud to help place over 100 teens per year in summer jobs.

In addition to the Summer Fun Program, we also host a special week long trip at the end of the summer for members and staff which is sponsored by the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation.

Summer Food

Each year, because we take part in the Summer Food Service Program, we must post the following:

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
